The 1970’s Eircom exchange building was suffering from extensive cracking to the exterior. The Building which was of architectural interest with curves and portholes required repair and restoration

Larsen Contracts were appointed to repair the exterior facades and protect with new Render coating. We carried our repairs to the exterior using Remmers Betofix a fast cure repair mortar.

The surface coating selected was Remmers Elastoflex which would give the flexibility for anticipated movement and a high quality finish to the exterior. It is also highly resistant to water and Carbon Dioxide which can damage and accelerate weathering.

The works were completed over a 6 weeks period with complete transformationof building
