Larsen Contracts were approached to resolve water ingress to the lower level properties. This was due to the failed existing waterproofing along the walkways above the dwellings. Upon Larsen’s site investigation, it was discovered that there were 5 walkways on the top floor which needed remedial waterproofing.
To cause minimal disruption to all tenants, the fast drying, odourless, Remmers QP system was applied. In order that inconvenience was minimised, Larsen engaged fully with tenants on an ongoing basis regarding the works programme to suit all occupiers. All works were completed within a five-day period.
